   Software Development Engineer II

   • Moved into core observability infrastructure: instrumented custom backend metrics and wrote Helm charts for Grafana and Datadog alerts, for real-time, cross-platform incident response.
   • Added context-enriched logging to asynchronous Python services, making issues faster to find and resolve in a distributed environment.
   • Engineered a load-testing framework for text-to-speech, speech-to-text and LLM vendor APIs, tuning configuration for accuracy, response time and cost.
   • Defined Kubernetes service labels and log-aggregation standards for accurate scraping and unified collection across microservices.
